4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their content and data. However, Nextune Solutions retains rights to:

• Portfolio usage of completed work
• Reusable code components and frameworks
• Proprietary tools and methodologies

5. Limitation of Liability

Nextune Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to providing high-quality services and support. Specific service levels and response times will be detailed in individual service agreements.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of completed work and any outstanding balances.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Kenya.
